Terms & Conditions — ab365 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ab365" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated under the domain https://ab365.onl, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, cashier systems, and support channels.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered a personal account on the ab365 platform and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the ab365 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total sum of funds held in a Player's ab365 account at any given time, including real-money funds and any active bonus funds, shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, match bonus amounts, or other non-cash credits added to a Player's account by ab365 pursuant to a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn.
• "Game Provider" refers to the third-party software studios whose games are offered through the ab365 platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" refers to UTC+6, the official time zone of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, used as the reference time for all ab365 platform operations.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to a voluntary restriction placed on a Player's account at the Player's request that prevents access to the ab365 platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process conducted by ab365 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ab365. By accessing any part of the ab365 platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions unconditionally and agree to comply with them at all times.

Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of the following events: (a) completion of the ab365 registration form; (b) making a deposit into an ab365 account; (c) placing a bet or wager on any game or sporting event offered through the platform; or (d) continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions has been published.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and privacy policy published on the ab365 platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific document will govern the specific matter in dispute.

To register and maintain an ab365 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ab365 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement at registration and conducts age verification checks throughout the account lifecycle.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and during use of the platform's services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to a current Self-Exclusion from the ab365 platform.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any responsible gambling programme that covers use of the ab365 platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ab365, its affiliates, or any Game Provider whose games are offered on the platform.
• You must register using your own, accurate personal details. Using false identities, fictitious names, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

ab365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to its reasonable satisfaction. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card or passport) and proof of payment method ownership.

Each Player may hold one account only on the ab365 platform. The existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number or email address, and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

ab365 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval does not waive ab365's right to conduct KYC verification at any subsequent point.

You are responsible for immediately notifying ab365 at [email protected] if you believe your account credentials have been compromised. ab365 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials.

All deposits and withdrawals on the ab365 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the ab365 cashier section.

Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. ab365 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the funds may be returned and the Player's account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. ab365 may request additional identity documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold determined at ab365's discretion.

ab365 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier. However, delays may occur during KYC verification, fraud checks, or periods of high transaction volume. ab365 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or events outside its reasonable control.

• ab365 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, for which ab365 accepts no responsibility.
• Funds in an ab365 account do not earn interest.
• Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as described in Section 13 (Termination and Dormant Accounts).

ab365 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, the T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all ab365 promotions:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable — only winnings that exceed the bonus amount after wagering requirements are met may be withdrawn, up to any applicable maximum withdrawal cap.
• ab365 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or void bonus-derived winnings if it has reason to believe a Player is exploiting a promotion or acting in bad faith.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonus claims are subject to verification. Fraudulent bonus claims will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

All bets placed on the ab365 platform are subject to the specific rules published for each product category — cricket and sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Cricket and Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. ab365 does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available until a bet is submitted. In the event of a technical error that causes an incorrect price to be offered, ab365 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at the correct price.

Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fail to reach a conclusion within the timeframe specified in the individual sport rules will be settled according to those rules, which may include voiding the bet and returning the stake.

Live Casino: The rules of each live casino game are governed by the Game Provider operating that particular table. Game results are final once confirmed by the dealer and the game's software system. No claim may be made against ab365 on the basis of a Player's misunderstanding of game rules. Players are advised to read the game-specific rules available within each live casino game interface before placing chips.

Slots and RNG Games: All slot and RNG game outcomes are generated by certified random number generation systems maintained by the respective Game Providers. ab365 has no ability to influence individual game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) figures are available on request from [email protected].

ab365 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any game, event, or market at any time. Players will be notified of applicable limits within the relevant game or betting interface.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ab365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all pending bets, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or making fraudulent chargeback claims.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in live poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game environment offered through ab365.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or interact with any game on the ab365 platform without genuine human input.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, structuring betting patterns solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (also known as "bonus hunting" or "gnoming"), or exploiting promotional terms in a manner clearly contrary to their intended purpose.
• Money Laundering: Using the ab365 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds. ab365 cooperates with relevant authorities and maintains records as required by applicable anti-money-laundering standards.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or platform malfunction to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are not payable and will be voided.
• Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language or behaviour at ab365 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the ab365 platform — including but not limited to the ab365 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of ab365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ab365 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the ab365 platform without written permission;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any ab365 software;
• Use the ab365 brand name or logo in any commercial context, including affiliate marketing, without a separate written agreement with ab365;
• Frame or deep-link to any ab365 page in a manner that misrepresents ab365's relationship with any third party.

Game content made available through the ab365 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers. Use of game content is governed by the terms applicable to those Game Providers.

ab365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering an ab365 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, platform improvement, and, where you have opted in, promotional communications.

ab365 uses TLS/SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the ab365 platform. Account passwords are stored in hashed form and are not accessible to ab365 staff in plaintext.

ab365 does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with Game Providers, payment processors, identity verification services, and law enforcement authorities strictly to the extent necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ab365 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions relating to the platform and its services, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ab365 does not warrant that: (a) the platform will be available continuously or free of errors; (b) game results will meet a Player's expectations; (c) any defects will be corrected; or (d) the platform or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall ab365's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ab365 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

ab365 is not responsible for any losses arising from: (a) internet connectivity failures on the Player's side; (b) device hardware or software failures; (c) disruptions to third-party payment services; (d) actions of Game Providers outside ab365's reasonable control; or (e) force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or widespread infrastructure failures.

ab365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the Player is engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the Player is under the age of 21; or (d) continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to ab365.

A Player may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon account closure at the Player's request, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and clearance of any active bonus wagering requirements.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. ab365 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Player via the registered email address or mobile number before applying a dormancy fee. A monthly administrative fee of ৳200 may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs. Where the dormant balance is insufficient to cover the fee, no negative balance will be created — the account balance will simply reach zero and the account will be closed.

ab365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the ab365 website at https://ab365.onl/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. For material amendments, ab365 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file.

Continued use of the ab365 platform following publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date and request withdrawal of any remaining balance.

It is the Player's responsibility to check the ab365 Terms & Conditions page periodically for updates. ab365 is not obliged to provide individual notification of every amendment, particularly for minor clarifications or editorial corrections that do not materially affect Player rights or obligations.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the ab365 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of online gaming and consumer protection applicable in the jurisdiction where ab365 operates. ab365 does not make specific claims regarding licensing by any particular Bangladeshi regulatory body.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact the ab365 support team in the first instance at [email protected]. The support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days of a formal complaint being raised.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the standard support process, the Player may request escalation to a senior review panel within ab365. The senior panel's decision on matters of platform policy, game outcome validity, and bonus term interpretation is final and binding, unless a material error of fact can be demonstrated.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws applicable to you that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
